ROYBI’s Pledge To America’s Workers

In early May of 2019, ROYBI signed the Pledge to America’s Workers and announced to create job opportunities as well as training opportunities within the next five years in the U.S. This pledge is a continuation of our company’s commitment to providing equal opportunities to our employees, empower them to gain new skills and advance their careers–whether at ROYBI or somewhere else.

Our pledge is part of the Consumer Technology Association’s effort to support its members to join this incredible movement. At ROYBI, we are proud to create a diverse environment with opportunities to grow and advance in our company. We design and provide training opportunities, and offer a flexible working environment to suit our employee’s working conditions. Our team at ROYBI comes from many different backgrounds and places in the world, making us a unique workplace that offers a variety of opportunities.

Within the next five years, our plan is to create more jobs in America and provide opportunities for our staff to advance their skills, helping them personally and professionally. The opportunities that will gradually become available to our employees consist of the followings:

  • Internal Audio, Video, and Text-based Training in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Online Training Through Accredited Sources Such As Coursera
  • Partial Advanced Degree Reimbursement for Continuing Education
  • Partial Reimbursement to Gain Technical Certifications
