As a Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for creating partnerships with influencers, coaches, education companies, and enterprises to bring them onto our metaverse. You should have some knowledge of the blockchain and web3 space and be able to explain the business model to an audience that does not have prior knowledge about the technology.  


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
  • Have prior connections with education companies and enterprises
  • Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Collaborate with community management, R&D, marketing, social, and design team 
  • Be involved in all aspects of marketing and design strategies, video productions, training material, creating presentations, etc to ensure is up to date with the company’s goals
  • Attend conferences, meet-ups, events, and help with organizing company events to attract and engage partners
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates, engagement, etc
  • Lead all aspects of marketing automation campaigns to acquire partners and customers
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in the crypto, blockchain space is a huge plus
  • Minimum BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed
  • 4+ years of experience as a business development manager, partnerships manager, or relevant fields
  • Experienced with tools such as Slack, Trello, MailChimp, Google suites, Canva
  • Excellent communication ability, especially written
  • Working knowledge of metaverse and being up to date with blockchain and web3 trends
  • Data-driven and have the ability to improve quickly
  • Self-starter who can operate under pressure in a rapidly growing environment
  • Strategic thinker, Networking aptitude, Great multitasking skills, Attention to details
